In our mind it seemed pretty hard to build an alliance with your competitor,” said Lewis. “Jim was convincing. His Doctorate in Economics didn’t hurt either when he helped us understand the true power and nature of networks,” according to Lewis. Working together has increased penetration of the KickBack Customer Reward Points card in the Magic Valley to over 25,000 customers.
