Company:
Pat co-founded KickBack Points in 1999. Pat has led the company to be the dominate loyalty program provider in the Convenience Store and Restaurant channels. He has also grown the KickBack Points Coalition Rewards Program to be the largest coalition loyalty program in the United States.

Pat also co-founded Oasis Stop ‘N Go Convenience Stores in 1995. Starting with one C-store/carwash, the company has grown to 12 Twin Falls-area Shell and Chevron branded locations that feature Wendy’s, Taco Time, Quizno’s and Sir Daniel’s Smoke Shop.

Leadership:
Pat serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS), where he also sits as a member of the Research & Technology Committee. Pat is also a Class A member of the Petroleum Convenience Alliance for Technology Standards (PCATS), and is on the Retail Financial Transactions Committee where he chairs the Loyalty/Pos Standard Integration working group.

Industry Activities/Interests/Achievments:
Pat graduated from George Fox University with a degree in management and organizational leadership. He began his career in the convenience store industry in 1987 with Circle K Corporation. Pat is a member of NACSPAC, and is also committed to the Merchants Payment Coalition (MPC). He was an inaugural participant in the 2002 NACS Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University. Pat has been a guest speaker on the subject of loyalty at many regional and national events including, Annual Loyalty Summit, NACSTech, and the NACS Show. In the community, Pat is active with many local charities such as the Boys and Girls Club, Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. He is also a member of National Association of Realtors and the Idaho State Board of Realtors.

Something you probably didn’t know about Pat:
He is an avid reader and reads several books every month. He also loves to play Texas Hold‘em and frequently plays in tournaments.
